YUMA, AZ- The man accused of robbing a local snack bar at gunpoint has been indicted on separate charges.
Jessie Teposte was indicted by a Yuma County Grand Jury last week.
The charges include kidnapping, two counts of assault per domestic violence, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault committed/caused serious injury, obstructing a criminal investigation, criminal damage and theft.
This case stems from an incident on September 20.
A conditions of release hearing has been set for those charges next week.
Teposte remains behind bars on more than $950,000 bond.
He will be back in court at the end of the week for a preliminary hearing on a charge of armed robbery with a deadly weapon.
On September 27, Police say Teposte robbed Arcos Iris in the 1200 block of 8th Street.
