Teposte Indicted By Yuma County Grand Jury - | News for Yuma, Imperial Valley, El Centro, AZ & CA

YUMA - The man accused of robbing a local snack bar at gunpoint has been indicted.

Jessie Teposte was indicted by a Yuma County grand jury last week on a laundry list of charges, including kidnapping, aggravated assault and theft.

Teposte had run-ins with the law on September 20th and September 27th.

On the 27^th, Yuma Police say Teposte robbed a family-owned snack bar in the 1200- block of 8th Street.

Teposte remains behind bars on nearly one million dollars bond.

He's due back in court at the end of the week.
