Closures in I-8 begin Wednesday night

WINTERHAVEN, CA - Closures on Interstate-8 began Wednesday evening.

Caltrans says eastbound I-8 at the Winterhaven drive exit will be closed for the next three nights, including tonight.

It will shut down for bridge repairs on the overpass from 9pm-5am.

Detours are in place. Caltrans reminds drivers to slow down in work zones.
