Teposte pleads not guilty to kidnapping charges

YUMA, AZ- Jesse Teposte pleads not guilty to several charges including kidnapping.

He was arraigned in Yuma Superior Court Monday morning.

Teposte was indicted by a Yuma County Grand Jury on a list of charges earlier this month.

They include assault per domestic violence, aggravated assault, obstructing a criminal investigation, criminal damage and theft.

Yuma police say the case stems from an incident with two women on September 20.

Teposte remains behind bars on more than $950,000 bond.

He's due back in court Wednesday.

Teposte also has two other cases pending against him, one includes armed robbery.
