Teposte arraigned for armed robbery

YUMA, AZ- The man accused of robbing a snack shop at gunpoint pleads not guilty to the charges against him.

Jesse Teposte was arraigned Monday morning in Yuma County Superior Court.

He was recently indicted by a Grand Jury for armed robbery.

On September 27, police say Teposte robbed a family-owned business in the 1200 blk of 8th Street.

Teposte also has several other cases pending against him.

He remains in custody on more than $950,000.
