Three vehicle accident sends two to Yuma Regional Medical Center

YUMA, AZ - Three people are taken to the hospital for injuries after a three car pile up. The accident happened just before noon at the intersection of 32nd Street and 8th Avenue in Yuma.

The Yuma Police Department says the driver of a Silver Nissan Murano ran a red light and struck a Ford Coupe attempting to turn left. The impact of the crash then spun the ford into a Dodge Coupe.

The driver of the Nissan and Ford were taken to Yuma Regional Medical Center for injuries. The driver of the Nissan was issued a citation.
