San Luis CBP agents arrest wanted attempted murder suspect

SAN LUIS, AZ - An attempted murder suspect wanted in Nevada is arrested by U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents at the San Luis Port of Entry.

Ever Geovany Vivar Jr., 20, tried to cross into the U.S. yesterday through the pedestrian lane, but when agents ran a routine background check, they discovered he had an outstanding arrest warrant out of Nevada.

Vivar was turned over to the Yuma County Sheriff's Office.
