$237,000 in drugs seized at San Luis Port of Entry

SAN LUIS, AZ - A Mexican man has been arrested for trying to smuggle nearly a quarter of a million dollars worth of drugs through the San Luis Port of Entry.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers say on Monday during a car inspection they found 15 pounds of methamphetamine hidden inside his car.

The 25-year-old was turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The drugs and car were seized.
