Calexico Man Stabbed in Back

CALEXICO - An 18-year-old man is recovering today after being stabbed in the back. Calexico police say it happened around 6:40 last night.

The victim says the stabbing took place at Rockwood Plaza, but he went home and called police. He was taken to El Centro Regional Medical Center and is expected to recover.

The victim was unable to provide police with a description of his attacker.

The motive for the stabbing is not known.
