The event will also include referral information, and booths where organizations will offer their services to community members who may not know these services exist. Approximately, 30 social services agencies have made commitments to participate during this celebration. Some of the FREE information include mental health, substance abuse, housing, consumer lending services, domestic violence, tobacco, asthma, repairs and modifications for the elderly, primary and preventive medical care services, medical discount programs for people with no insurance, dental programs, women's health and much more!

We encourage the community of Yuma to come and take advantage of the GREAT services that will be provided free during this celebration. Sunset's mission is "to deliver comprehensive and preventive primary care in a culturally sensitive, compassionate and professional manner, ultimately improving the health of our patients and responding to the health and education needs of our communities".
