Yuma--21-year-old Tyre Hendrix went before Judge Maria Elena Cruz Tuesday morning at Yuma County Superior Court.
Hendrix is accused of shooting up a local neighborhood and driving his car into a canal last month.
Hendrix was indicted by a Yuma County Grand Jury on a laundry list of charges.
They include: Three counts of attempted second degree murder, 3 counts of aggravated assault, one count of drive by shooting, one count of misconduct involving weapons and one count of unlawful flight from pursuing law enforcement.
Hendrix plead not guilty to those charges.
