Yuma-33-year old Dylan Escalanti went before Judge Maria Elena Cruz Tuesday morning.

The Yuma man is accused of beating his girlfriend with a frying pan last month during a domestic dispute.

Escalanti plead not guilty to several charges he was recently indicted on.

They include three counts of attempted 1st degree murder and one count of kidnapping.
