Yuma-Jason Anderson went before Judge Maria Elena Cruz Tuesday morning.
According to the Yuma County Sheriff's Office, they were called out to the 11-thousand block of South Sandra Avenue.
Neighbors said they woke up to a gun shot and a woman screaming "he's shooting at me".
YCSO said it was his girlfriend.
The 31-year old was indicted on one count of disorderly conduct, one count of endangerment, one count of tampering with physical evidence and one count of unlawful discharge of a fire arm.
Anderson pled not guilty to the charges.
