Yuma, AZ- The Yuma youth pastor accused of giving sex toys to a minor has been indicted by a grand jury. Robert Warren has been charged with two counts of furnishing harmful materials to a minor.

According to this report the 14 year old girl told deputies youth Pastor Robert Warren bought her sex toys using his own money and took them to her home to give to her when her parents weren't there.

In the report she claims she asked him to buy her the sex toys. The girl also denied having any sexual relationship of any kind with Warren.

The report also revealed that the girl's parents were the ones who found the sex toys in her bedroom. Sheriff's say warren admitted to buying and delivering the items to the girls home after he was taken into to custody for questioning.

Tuesday we spoke to Glenn Connell the Pastor of the Valley Baptist Church where warren served as youth pastor.

Connell did not want to go on camera but he did issue this statement.

"We are shocked to learn of the arrest of Rob Warren. The accusation against him is very serious and tragic for all involved. His arrest catches us by complete surprise.

We will fully cooperate with the impending investigation. We have faith that god has established a system to properly handle this situation and we must allow the system to work.

We are committed to the well being of all those involved and will do what we can to see that they are taken care of."

Pastor Connell has also confirmed that Warren has officially resigned as youth pastor and that Warren has left town.

Some church goers have stopped attending church ever since police first arrested Warren.

We should note, Warren has pleaded not guilty.

He is due back in court in January.
