Department of Homeland Security Investigations Agent Thomas Lee
CALEXICO, CA- Police say a Homeland Security Investigations Agent has been arrested for driving drunk and causing a rollover crash. Speed may have been a factor in the crash.

They say the driver of the other vehicle, 67 year old Pedro Cortez, lost control of his Jeep and rolled over onto the Northbound lanes blocking traffic.
Lee's Mitsubishi Lancer was found by officers on the right shoulder of the Southbound lanes.
Investigators say Cortez was Southbound on SR 111 at about 50 mph. Lee was also Southbound on SR 111 at a greater speed.
Cortez was flown to Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs with major injuries. He is in serious condition. A passenger in Cortez's Jeep was taken to El Centro Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.
Lee and his passenger were uninjured.
