SAN LUIS, AZ - A Yuma woman with "trusted traveler" status has been arrested for attempting to smuggle drugs across the border.
It happened Wednesday at the San Luis Port of Entry.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials say officers arrested Maria Valle after they found more than $140,000 worth of cocaine in her car.
The 46-year-old woman used her SENTRI card to cross into the U.S.
The car and drugs were seized. She was handed over to Homeland Security Investigators.
