10th Annual Rachel Determan Memorial Rib Cook-Off

Yuma, AZ - Some of the areas finest chefs competed for the best tasting ribs today.

The 10th Annual Rachel Determan Memorial rib cook off took place at Yuma Catholic High school.

Twenty-seven different teams competed in the fierce cook off including some chefs from Imperial Valley. The event is named in honor of Rachel Determan, who died of leukemia in 2008. She planned to go to Yuma Catholic and would have been a junior this year.
