YUMA, AZ - One of the winners of one of the largest Powerball jackpots in history has decided to stay anonymous. The winner, a 30-year-old Arizona man purchased the ticket from a Fountain Hills gas station.
He and his wife decided to take the 192-million dollar lump sum. They relocated from Pennsylvania about a year ago to Fountain Hills.
Arizona lottery officials say the winner spent 10 dollars on quick picks to win the jackpot. They also say the winner wanted to make sure to collect his winnings before January 1st because of the fiscal cliff.
More than 6-million tickets were sold in Arizona alone.
