Sex Offender has New Yuma Address

YUMA - A convicted sex offender has a new address in Yuma.

Yuma police say Herman Crow Cesina, Jr., 20, lives at 1000 South Fifth Avenue, #9."

In October 2011, Cesina was convicted of aggravated assault with sexual motivation. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail and 3 years intensive probation. Cesina is considered a level 2 sex offender with a medium risk to re-offend.
