Yuma AZ - The Mohave State Bank located at 1800 S. 4th Avenue in Yuma was robbed this afternoon at approximately 1:24pm. The Yuma Police Department has released the following description of the suspect:
- Hispanic Male in his 30's
- Medium to heavy build
- Wearing a blue ball cap
- gray long sleeve shirt
- jeans and sunglasses
According the the YPD the suspect handed the teller a note and also verbally requested money. No weapon was seen, no money was given to the suspect, and no injuries were reported. The robber fled in a dark grey or blue vehicle.
The Mohave State Bank was closed for several hours while investigators worked on the scene.
