Expanded Organization, Infrastructure and Services Support the Needs of Largest Enterprises
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) December 12, 2012
Tracker Corp, http://www.trackercorp.com, the leading provider of automated solutions for Form I-9 compliance and immigration case management, today announced expansion of its service organization and offerings to support the needs of its large enterprise customers as well as its law firm customers who work with large enterprise clients. Tracker’s comprehensive professional services organization now provides implementations for new customers, migration of legacy data, integration with enterprise systems, single sign-on (SSO), historical I-9 remediation, custom configurations and other services. Tracker Corp has also increased its investment in infrastructure critical to securing and supporting its product offerings including enhanced case tracking; continuous system monitoring; regular, integrated vulnerability assessments; and certifications for key support staff.
To lead and grow its new professional services team, the company is pleased to announce the addition of Lauren Coppock, who prior to joining Tracker Corp ran a 160-person service delivery team as the Vice President of Service Delivery Operations for WageWorks.
“Lauren has deep experience creating highly scalable and efficient processes to serve Fortune 500 organizations, and we are pleased to add her as a member of our team.” said Tim Danison, Tracker Corp CEO. “Our customers represent some of the world’s largest organizations, with thousands of work locations and hundreds of thousands of annual hires. Tracker is expanding its investments across the company to meet the needs of these and all of our corporate, university, and law firm customers as we move into 2013.”
As part of the service expansion effort, Tracker’s support organization has implemented the Salesforce.com Service Cloud to better track, manage and respond to support cases for all of its products. Several Tracker support personnel are also taking part in the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) program, which enhances Tracker’s capabilities in areas critical to customers including operations security, physical security, access control and network security, and security architecture and design. Tracker Corp recently passed on-site, documented security analyses conducted by multiple Fortune 500 customers, in one case a federal contractor fulfilling requirements of the U.S. Dept of Energy.
As a new service offering for Tracker’s I-9/E-Verify customers, the company’s Best Practices team now provides immediate and comprehensive consultation for customers who receive an I-9 audit notice from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). This function is viewed as an increasingly critical service by businesses who bear greater financial risk due to more stringent and more frequent ICE audits.
