"I love you" memorial; Message for drowned Somerton toddler

Somerton, Ariz. (KSWT News 13) - A toddler drowned after falling into a Somerton canal on Thursday.

Somerton police performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on the two-year-old when they arrived at the scene at around 3:50 p.m, near Garvin Street and Bingham Avenue.

Somerton/Cocopah Fire Department rushed the child to Yuma Regional Medical Center, where she died.
