Viral video of Golden Eagle snatching toddler: Is this real?

(KSWT News 13) - A YouTube video, titled "Golden Eagle Snatches Kid in Montreal," shows an eagle swooping down, snatching a small child, and lifting him into the air for a few seconds before letting the little boy drop to the ground.

The video is spreading like wildfire on social media and is stirring debate as to whether the video is real or a fake.

Bird watchers around the world are up in arms about it. They say the video promotes damaging mythology to raptors.
