Accused Calexico Murderer in Court

EL CENTRO - A Calexico man accused of first-degree murder appeared at Imperial County Jail Court this morning.

Attorney's for Jose Antonio Cisneros asked the judge for a continuance. The judge denied the request, along with a request to lower the charge to second-degree murder.

Police say Cisneros was on meth when he killed his mother and tried to kill his sister in their Calexico home on November 21st.

He's due back in court on January 3rd.
