Trio arrested for having guns and drugs in Tacna home appear in court

WELLTON, AZ - The three people arrested yesterday in Tacna after a child neglect investigation lead police to illegal guns and drugs made their first appearance in court today.

Carla harries, her boyfriend, Robert Holmes, and Wayne Russell are all facing several drug charges.

They were all arrested Wednesday after police were investigating Harris for neglecting her 17-year-old son.

Wellton Police say they found drugs and guns inside her house which had no power, and rotten food.

Her son also had a severe rash and police say she refused to take him to the doctor. But none of the charges she faces are for child neglect.
