YUMA, Ariz. (KSWT News 13) - Veterans needing medical, physical or mental healthcare can now receive treatment at a brand new VA Clinic that will serve thousands of veterans living in the region.
The Southern Arizona VA Health Care System held its grand opening ceremony on Thursday.
The new 15,000 square-foot health care facility is located at 3111 4th Ave., near the Big Curve Shopping Center.
The new VA clinic will also offer telemedical services, where veterans can video-chat with specialists in Tucson.
Clinic officials tell KSWT News 13 they plan to eventually offer optometry, audiology, physical therapy, nutrition counseling and assistance with prosthetics.
