YUMA, Ariz. (KSWT News 13) - Shipments of Girl Scout cookies are arriving by the truckload.
Troop leaders and volunteers stopped by Horizons Moving Systems' warehouse to pick up more than 36,600 boxes of Thin Mints, Samoas, Tag-a-Longs, and all of your favorite Girl Scout Cookies.
Girl Scout troops will begin selling cookies door-to-door Saturday, January 19.
The Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona's yearly cookie program will run through March 3.
Cookies are $4.00 per box.
The Girls Scouts of Southern Arizona tell KSWT News 13 they hope to raise enough money to go to leadership camps and to fund troop activities throughout the year.
