Sex offender moves into new home in Yuma

YUMA, Ariz. (KSWT News 13) - A convicted sex offender has a new address in Yuma. 

Police tell KSWT News 13 that Tyrone Fabian Thomas, 41, now lives at 340 South 1st Avenue in Yuma.

In March 2009, Thomas pleaded guilty to raping a woman. By entering a plea agreement with Yuma County Superior Court, he was charged with two counts. One for sexual abuse and another count because it was not the first time he had done it.

Thomas was sentenced to one and a half years in prison.

He is considered a "level 2" sex offender with a medium risk to re-offend.
