YUMA, Ariz. (KSWT News 13) - A woman is dead after she was hit by a car Sunday night.

The deadly crash happened along South Frontage Road in the Foothills around 10:17 pm.

Yuma County Sheriff's say an 80-year-old man driving a Hyundai hit and killed 40-year-old Shelly Lynn Hardan.

She was pushing a shopping cart.

The driver does not face any charges at this time. The deadly crash remains under investigation.
