YUMA, Ariz. (KSWT News 13) - A convicted sex offender has a new address in Yuma.
Police tell KSWT News 13 that Antonio Aguilar, 28, now lives at 1426 E. 22nd Place in Yuma.
In April 2000, Aguilar forced his 17-year-old ex-girlfriend into his car, took her to his house, and threatened her with a knife when she tried to leave.
In July 2000, he plead guilty to one count of unlawful imprisonment and one count of attempted aggravated assault in Yuma County Superior Court.
Aguilar was sentenced to 120 days in jail and four years of intensive probation.
He was recently released from prison.
Aguilar is considered a "level 3" sex offender with a high risk to re-offend.
