YUMA, Ariz. (KSWT News 13) - Police have arrested two burglars connected to a recent rash of car break-ins.
They're accused of stealing valuables from vehicles left unlocked throughout Yuma.
Police arrested 20-year-old Kenny Perez last Thursday.
Police say when they searched Perez' home officers found a stolen firearm, a shotgun and numerous other items that were reported stolen.
Perez faces several felony charges including trafficking and possession of stolen property.
He remains behind bars on $50,000 bond.
The next day, police arrested a 16-year-old in connection to the burglaries.
They also found weapons and numerous stolen items at his home.
The teen was booked into Yuma County Juvenile Justice Center on several felony charges.
