YUMA, Ariz. (KSWT News 13) - A Yuma waitress is now facing criminal charges for identity theft and fraud after investigators discovered she was stealing credit card information from her customers.

Yuma County Sheriff's Office Investigators arrested 42-year-old Laurie Adey, a waitress at Parrish's Bar & Grill yesterday.

A week before Adey's arrest, a Yuma County Narcotics Task Force busted 31-year-old Pasquale Menyhert with drugs in a search of his rented hotel room.

During the search, deputies found credit card information, financial information and personal documents that did not belong to him.

Further investigation led deputies to Adey, who they discovered had been stealing her customers' credit card numbers and security codes while she was working at Parrish's.

According to deputies, Adey was then giving her customers' information to Menyhert, who made fraudulent purchases.

The Yuma County Sheriff's Office tells KSWT News 13 they believe there are up to 20 victims affected, who were customers at Parrish's between January and March of this year.

Adey was booked into jail and faces felony charges for fraudulent scheming, credit card fraud and identity theft.

If you find fraudulent charges on your credit card and were a customer at Parrish's Bar & Grill, you are asked to contact Yuma County Sheriff's Office Investigator McDade at (928) 783-4427 or (928) 819-2206.
