More victims coming forward after man arrested for child molestation

Yuma, Ariz. (13 On Your Side) - Just days after the town of Wellton was shaken by news that a man broke into a home and molested a child in her bedroom, police have confirmed two more victims have come forward claming they too were molested by Ronald Morgan.

Police say they are now working with the Yuma County Sheriff's office because they believe Morgan may have molested other children throughout the entire county.

In Wellton, people were shocked and concerned after learning what Ronald Morgan did.

People in this neighborhood did not want to speak on camera but many say they recognize Morgan.

13 on Your Side also spoke with the victim's mother, who also did not want to go on camera but says this has been a very difficult and traumatizing time. It turns out, Morgan was a family member.

The mother says her 11-year-old daughter was not left home alone, a 15-year old was also in the home.

The victim's mother also tells us she is angry and upset that Morgan would betray his own family.

She says Morgan is a disturbed individual and believes he sexually abused others.

The victim's mother tells 13 On Your Side Morgan moved around from home to home staying with different friends and family members.

She hopes he gets the maximum punishment.

Police say the other two victims who have come forward both claim they were molested about a year ago but were too afraid to talk about it.

Again, police believe Morgan may have victimized more children.

They are asking anyone that may know someone who was victimized by him to come forward.
