SAN LUIS, Ariz. (13 On Your Side) - San Luis first responders helped five people injured in a truck that flipped over early this morning.

Today, police continue to investigate the rollover and tell us alcohol may have been a factor.

It happened at around 4:00 am in the desert area near 10th Avenue and Juan Sanchez Boulevard in San Luis, Arizona.

Firefighters tell 13 On Your Side they had to use the jaws of life to remove a passenger trapped inside the truck.

Police say the driver and three other passengers managed to get out of the truck.

They say one person could not move and was lying on the ground when first responders arrived.

All five were rushed to Yuma Regional Medical Center, and two of them were later air-lifted to Phoenix.
