Teen duo arrested for burglary in connection to El Centro school break-ins

EL CENTRO, Calif. (13 On Your Side) - El Centro Police were able to quickly identify two teens who broke into schools over the weekend.

The teens set off the school alarm at Wilson Junior High School early Saturday morning.

When officers arrived, they found several windows had been broken and classrooms had been ransacked.

About an hour later, there was a similar break-in at Southwest High School.

This time, campus surveillance captured the two burglars. Police arrested the duo, who are 14 and 15 years old.

They're now facing burglary and vandalism charges.
