Police looking for suspect in jewelry store burglary

YUMA, Ariz. (13 On Your Side) - The Yuma Police Department needs your help finding a burglary suspect who has been wanted for almost two years in connection to a jewelry store robbery.

Police are on the lookout for Derek Terel Bradford, who has a warrant out for his arrest in connection to the burglary.

As you may recall, police say Bradford broke the front glass window to the Sand and Stone jewelry store in November 2011.

The stolen jewelry and estimated damage was valued at more than $100,000.

Police say Brandford is 32 years old, six feet tall and weighs about 150 pounds.

Anyone with information on this case is urged to call Yuma police or 78-CRIME to remain anonymous.
