YUMA, Ariz. (13 On Your Side) - The driver in a 2009 deadly car wreck pleads guilty.

Jose Ramirez has plead guilt to one count of negligent homicide on Tuesday.
He will be sentenced on October 15.
Ramirez and two other men had been drinking all day when they decided to drive to go buy more alcohol around midnight on the night of October 23, 2009.
Ramirez lost control of the car and hit a wall.
One of the men, Rudy Natal, was ejected from the car and died.
Authorities said evidence at the scene indicated Natal wasn't the driver, but Ramirez and the other surviving passenger claimed he was behind the wheel and they were passengers.
Ramirez later admitted to being the driver. In exchange for his guilty plea, Ramirez will serve a term of probation.
