YUMA, Ariz. (13 On Your Side) – Country star Easton Corbin will be coming to Yuma to play at a concert at Cocopah Casino to raise money for Bridget's Gift—a local nonprofit working to support those affected by breast cancer.

13 On Your Side spoke to one of the concert organizers with Bridget's Gift who tells us more about the response from the Yuma community.

Wendy McKay says Yuma is an amazing community to live in when it comes to helping each other out.

"You put a call out there and the citizen's of Yuma are there to answer it," she said.

Bridget's Gift was founded in honor of Yuma native Bridget Martinez, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2008 and lost her fight against cancer.

The nonprofit aims to support breast cancer education and to fund resource awareness in the community.

Saturday's Easton Corbin concert is one of many ways they hope to raise money to give back to the community to those affected by breast cancer.

"He just finished up his tour with Blake Shelton," said McKay. "He's young, he's vibrant and he is excited about what we are doing. We told him about Bridget's Gift and he's excited to come and support it."

The concert and western BBQ kicks off this Saturday at Cocopah Casino.

Proceeds will go to Bridget's Gift.

Tickets are available at Cocopah Casino, Mostly Muffins, and the Boot Barn.
