YUMA, Ariz. (13 On Your Side) - The sentencing for a man who plead guilty to killing a Winterhaven man in April 2012 has been delayed.
In exchange for a second degree murder plea, Michael Rose faces a minimum of 10 years in prison.
Rose was busted by U.S. Mashals in May after being on the run for more than a year.
He was wanted in connection to the murder of 20-year-old Angel Montaldo, who was found dead in a Yuma home on 9th Avenue and First Street on April 23, 2012.
Rose will be back in court next week.
