Salt Lake City, USA – June 23, 2014 /MarketersMedia/ –

And the awards just keep on piling up for Caleb Chapman’s world-renowned Crescent Super Band, one of the hottest Utah party bands and dance bands around. As if seven consecutive years wasn’t enough, the Crescent Band showed their superiority by winning two more Utah Best of State Awards in 2014, Best Vocal/Instrumental Group and Best Instrumental Group.

On June 4, 2014 it was made official, Caleb Chapman and his amazing Super Band topped all other Utah dance bands and party bands by claiming the prestigious Best of State Award in two separate categories. The Award’s Ceremony included performances by some of Utah’s finest musicians, singers, and event bands, many of whom are represented by Best Utah Bands, a leading band booking agency in the state.

The purpose of Utah’s Best of State Awards is to bring attention to businesses, individuals, organizations, and music talent who have demonstrated excellence in their fields of expertise as determined by over 100 judges. Caleb Chapman’s award-winning band continues to dominate in the Arts and Entertainment division, and showed why as they delivered a stunning live performance in front of an enthusiastic crowd of their peers.

Crescent Super Band is in demand all over the world, having recently performed in countries such as Switzerland, Italy, Mexico, Sweden, and France, to name a few, as well as in most major cities across the U.S. including New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, and countless others. The most amazing thing about the pop band is the fact that they’re comprised of high school-aged musicians, hand-selected from around the state of Utah for their superior musicianship. With eyes closed, it would easy to assume they’re an experienced, professional band boasting the world’s best studio musicians.

Caleb Chapman has created over a dozen youth party bands, dance bands, and cover bands, with the Crescent Band receiving the highest honors. Catching the attention of many of the most famous musicians in the world, they have performed with over 200 celebrity artists, including artists from world-famous groups such as Journey, Neon Trees, Maroon 5, AC/DC, Rolling Stones and many others.
