BOURNEMOUTH, England, June 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --
An ambitious plan to gift a free book about money to every school in the country has been announced by Daniel Britton, author of the Financial Fairy Tales series.
Think & Grow Up Rich contains practical advice and case studies of how to make, grow and keep wealth. The project is being crowd funded, via crowdfunder.co.uk which encourages supporters to pledge money in exchange for rewards including signed books and sponsorship opportunities.
Mr Daniel Britton, Think & Grow Up Rich's author, said today: "There has never been a more important time to teach young people about money. Huge student debts and the lure of expensive payday loans are just two of the many financial dangers. The crowd funding campaign will allow us to share positive and inspiring money messages with thousands of young people. The campaign runs for the next 60 days with the book scheduled to be in schools by January 2015."
Daniel Briton is based in Bournemouth and has career experience as a financial adviser, teacher and entrepreneur. He was a contributor to the All Party Parliamentary Group's investigation of financial education in schools and was awarded 2013 Enterprise Tutor of the Year by HRH Duke of York and Dragon's Den star Peter Jones CBE.
